Paritosh Ladhani is the Executive Director of the company with his motto being to pursue excellence in all undertakings,while being focussed and disciplined in approach. An MBA in Entrepreneurship from University of Stirling,Scotland, he bought a competitive edge and a creative appeal to the business when he was induced as the Director of Operations and Business development at a young age of 21.His fresh, futuristic approach to business management has proved to be of utmost relevance in the current times. 

He understood the importance of diversifying the core bottling business and venturing into more accelerated sectors. His hard work and insight for the 2005 project of Wind Power Generation made it a roaring success. Its due to his sheer benevolence that that at present the total installed capacity with wind power generation is 110 Lac unit of green power. He always believed that we have underestimated the potential of naturally available sources of energy. As an individual he feels strongly about environment conservation and believes necessary steps need to be taken in the direction. As a key person in the project he has a solid vision to increase the units power generation capacity by manifolds each year. 

In the year 2008 the G Ladhani Group further diversified with the construction of 141 room 5 Star hotel. The property got restructured in 2011 and got operational as Radisson Blu Agra. At present the hotel enjoys a solid presence in the market and offers a complete luxury experience to International guests visiting the city. Backed by an innate sense of aesthetic and love for different cuisines and food he was proactive in designing the restaurants of the hotel. Right from the visualization to menu planning and interior layout, he bought a personal and luxurious touch to the restaurants of his 5 star establishment, where they currently enjoy a niche clientele in exchange for a superior eating experience.

As a business development head of his esteemed organization, he has actively participated in taking the Ladhani Group to new found hieghts and an altogether higher growth trajectory. In the 15 years of his association with the group, he has added outstanding value addition to his business, stakeholders and employees. With focus on diversification he has accelerated growth and built an empire while enhancing stakeholder value. The groups turnover has grown drastically all thanks to his innovation and excellence in execution.
